| I’m asking you suggestion about depression. I complained about it and treated with psychodrugs (few psychotherapy because its cost). That is: every 2-3 year I fall in it. Completely. So now I complain about that. Deeply mental fatigue and so phisical, I don’t want to do nothing, any problem becomes big. In last day I stayed in bed nothing doing and sleeping. I ask myself if come back to specialist, but if I think about negative effects of drugs, I’m not able. There isn’t exit way. Don’t tell me to react... you should know how many I needed to write to you. |

| It isn’t a question of force or drigs (generally they are useless), but it’s to believe in life and in its reason, take an aim by self and step by step take again the challenge suggested by life. Certainly is easy to leave out yourself and find help in drugs, so to eliminate every pwn responsability. Nobody and nothing should bring you out if you don’t want to be a normal man. |

| Good evening doctor, I was noticed that at std of milan was diagnosed one case of syphilis a day and 4 cases a week on omosex people. I’ve b/b sex by my choice and I had 2 times in a year the syphilis (I treated it) but physician was astonished about the absence of HIV as in his opinion the second case of syphilis is correlated to HIV. He told me to not have b/b sex because at the third case of syphilis I will be infected HIV at 100%. I don’t want to fell the plastic for conditioning my sex so in case I will close myself in masturbation alone. |

| That should be an opinion of that physician, but it’s certainly these kind of data don’t exist and I’ve the suspect instead of two syphilis it was the same bad treated the first time and, but I hope it isn’t, in the same way the second. Of course not protected sex give some more risk, but the risk don’t decrease by a condom on the penis if then they do more anything... sare sex doesn’t exist and can’t exist... anyway a little hygienic attention maybe not out of work. |

| Dear Dr. Rando, by frequency of some drops a day I’ve discharged from penis a white/yellow secretion: so I’ve gonorrhea. Because the only sex I have is with my partner, I ask you if the only way to keep it is sex or if there are some other ways. Thank you |

| Hoping in time you’d well treated and solved your and your partner gonorrhea and had controlled eventually syphilis, prevalently gonococcus is transmitted by sex, anyway sometime it can be trasmitted from dirty places (bathrooms). Is not important where and by with... is important to solve the problem and have careful control. |

| Dear Doc, why in 20 years I’ve not infected by anything even if I was fucked by all with coming into? I’ve almost 30 intercourses per month and every year I’ve tests but always negatives, They did alsdo me the research to see if I’m oner of the cases immune, but nihil... how is it possible? |

| Why do you have astonishment?... health immune system in balanced body does its work and safeguard you... evivently very well. That happens in the largest number of people, considering incidence of signals’ appearance of an infection is always lowest, specially for HIV, and sometime they never appear and nothing develop. |

| Dear Dr. Rando, I’m a gay “boy” 40 y.o. I was noticed to be seropositive since few months. Since many years I’ve not had test because faithful going steady. After seven years our story ended in january. On juin I had strong tonsillitis with high fever I treated by antibiotics and cortisone. At the end I had skin’s rush indentified by practitionner as drugs intoxication or allergic reaction. All was recovered after any rest days and body’s depuration by drinking many water. To be quiet I had HIV test becasue this tonsillitis was strange for its rtesistance to antibiotics and virulence. In last seven years I hadn’t even a cold, I’m in good health, I don’t drink, smoke, never drugs... ecc. Surprisingly that was positive... (my ex was negative). First test: 25/06/09 sr-hiv 1 wersternblot, gp160 pos +, gp120 neg, p68 pos +++, p55 pos +, gp41 neg, p40 pos weak, p34 pos +++, p24 pos, p18 pos +; Second test 23/07/09: all positive viral charge 773.205 (highest) and CD4 356. Third test 21/08/09: viral charge falling and CD4 900. Physician didn’t prescribe any therapy and told me that was the first phase of infection. Abiout this topic I read many thing among them the book by Duesberg (aids: invented virus) so my ideas are very confused. I’d like your opinion and if possible a meeting. Thank you. |

| In the three tested months was evident reaction to HIV and presumably the starting of its defeat by your immune system... it will need to see the following... but without stress. In your condition good worked physianc not giving to you any therapy, while it’s sure your body will be mantained in order. As much it’s evident virus entered or before your last relationship or along it for other oppportunities or also by your ex partner till now negative (may be forever)... that’s not important. Instead it’s important to not fall into the trap of stress or of forced antiviral therapies. It’s better a quiet periodical monitoring (every 3 months) without stress and a balanced life of style.
